Lawsuit funding approvals
Based upon all the information I read on the internet, I feel like I would certainly qualify for a lawsuit loan. My question is not so much of qualifying for the loan but if I were to apply with a company, generally speaking, how quickly would they be able to get me the money after the approval?

Once the approval is made by a company the time that you get cash in hand can be less than 24 hours.Once a company approves the loan they will send you over a contract which you should review. If you agree to the terms and conditions (very standard for all companies) you will either accept or decline the offer.
If you decide to accept the funding you will need to send a faxed copy of the contract back to the funding company. As soon as they have the signature they will either wire you the money which should hit your bank account immediately or cut a check and overnight it.
So the answer is almost immediately.
