Lawsuit Settlement Loan
I am an attorney for a client that is searching for a lawsuit settlement loan. My firm represents this client in a medical malpractice lawsuit. The client has a financial issue that could result in a foreclosure along with falling deeper into debt. I have never used a lawsuit funding service in the past and would like to confirm that your company would be willing to offer a non-recourse loan to my client? My firm is located in Topeka, Kansas but my clients case is out of Utah. We have already filed a lawsuit against the company and we readily have case documents for his case. What is the typical time frame from the application process until the client gets funded?

Thank you for posting this message on behalf of your client. All of our lenders provide non recourse funding for medical malpractice lawsuits. While each case is different the amount of time it takes to get a lawsuit settlement loan ranges anywhere from a day to several days. The bulk of the time is spent getting documents from their attorney. In your case this would cut down the time significantly.
