Lawsuit Settlement Money Mississippi
I have a case in Biloxi Mississippi that I’m considering getting money out of before it gets settled. I have a lot of bills I have to pay and not a lot of time to pay them. I was wondering if I don’t have an attorney that is handling my case can I still qualify for some sort of money advancement against my case? I am working directly with the insurance company and it looks like we may settle this without a legal battle and thats what I prefer. So please let me know if this could be possible.

In order to get pre settlement funding for any personal injury case one must have the representation of an attorney. Unfortunately our lenders will not take funding cases if the plaintiff doesn’t have representation.
