Litigation against a company
I’m in the middle of a service disagreement with a software company. I was sold a product that was still in testing phase or I thought and the company recently decided to can the project although they didn’t refund my initial deposit which is a large sum of money. I hired a consumer fraud attorney to litigate my case against the company. We have copies of the agreement that was signed by my company. The case has been going on for over 6 months and we’ve dedicated much of our resources to the legal proceedings. I’m searching on behalf of my employer for litigation financing. I’m under the impression based upon a variety of the questions on this site that your company provides consumer fraud funding or at least thats my assumption. Can you please confirm to me and forward me additional information on your services? I would like to put your company in contact with the owner.
