Loan For Employee Rights and Accident

I am involved in two separate lawsuits.  I was in an accident and as a result have lost my job. I reside in Wisconsin. I hired an accident lawyer who is handling the personal injury side of my case and another lawyer who is handling the employee rights side of the lawsuit.  I was in an accident last year and as a result I’ve not been able to perform my tasks as well as needed at my last job. I asked to be transferred to another position because while I’m not fully disabled, I can’t perform 100% of my job duty. Instead of finding another job title or job for me they fired me. I met with my manager at the time of the firing and he explained the company had decided to go a different direction and my current job with the company was being dissolved (B.S). I asked him if it was anything to do with my request and his response was we are dissolving your position.  I spoke to a lawyer and he said while Wisconsin is an at will state they can fire me because I’m disabled (or just a little).

I have two active lawsuits and I’m trying to figure out which of the lawsuits I can borrow money against. I would like to have your input on my situation and let me know if your company would be more comfortable loaning me money for the personal injury side or the employee right lawsuit? What should I apply for?

  1. You may want to apply for a lawsuit loan for both cases and if both are approved make a decision based upon the rates and how quick you believe your cases will settle. My suggestion would be to fill out an application and in the comment section request a representative talk to you prior to processing your information.
