Long Island Railroad Injury Funding
I live in New York City and was traveling on the Long Island Railroad last week. When I was switching cars I came onto one that had a ton of beer spilled out from one of the seats. When I crossed the spill, which I didn’t see, I fell down and I thought I sprained my leg. I couldn’t walk on my leg for almost a day. When I went to the emergency room I actually fractured my leg near the bottom close to my ankle. I can’t even put on a shoe. I hired a lawyer the other day ago. I want to know when I can sign up for funding for my case? My attorney is about to file a claim this week but hasn’t done yet. Could I still get approved even though a case has yet to be filed? Thank you in advance for your help

In order to pre qualify for lawsuit funding you must first have the representation of a lawyer and second there must be an active lawsuit. If you would like us to process your information we can do so, however, none of our lenders will look at the case until a lawsuit has been filed.
