Major Tissue Damage Car Accident

I got into a car accident earlier this year and I have major tissue damage to both of my arms and back. I was in the accident when I was traveling to work in Rhode Island. I believed that I first contacted a workers compensation lawyer because I thought if I was traveling to work I would be covered but because I wasn’t traveling during work hours they told me I couldn’t apply for workers compensation. I was recommended to contact a personal injury attorney in my area and he is working with my case right now. I am searching for a lawsuit funding company that can provide a large sum of cash for non recourse. I would like to first talk to the lender if that would be possible. Can you please let me know what the rates are for a catastrophic accident due to a car accident.

  1. The chances are if liability is established there is a good chance you will receive a personal injury lawsuit advance for your car accident. The amount of money and interest are slightly better for car accident cases. Because each case is different its hard to give you with pinpoint accuracy the amount of interest a lender will charge. If you would like our lenders to compete for your business we can certainly put you in a good position to get some of the lowest rates in the industry.
