Maximum For Lawsuit Funding
I have a huge lawsuit that was just filed about 3 months ago. I am talking millions in damages when I win the claim. I have talked to several different companies all which claim they can loan out huge sums of money for lawsuit funding. When I applied with one company they approved me for some money but not nearly as much as I first thought they would. I called the company back and asked why they couldn’t loan me the full amount of money for my case. They told me that they only lend up to a certain amount for certain cases which to be frank was somewhat confusing considering they advertised they could loan significantly more. I’ve got to believe your company is familiar with what I’m saying.
I’m looking for the maximum amount of money your company could get me for my claim. Ok the case is a personal injury for wrongful death. The incident happened about 5 months ago. I am really stressed right now because we lost the breadwinner of the family. I have a job but its part time. So you can see why I need more than less. I am not interested in a few thousand dollars, I’m interested in a few hundred thousand dollars. I would like to get most of this out now and not have to wait but I also understand that would never happen because no company would provide close to or near the full amount of the claim. I do need more than only 3% of the total value of my case, which is around what the first company offered. I am going to apply with your company but I will need to know the maximum amounts for wrongful death cases or similar cases. Maybe an idea of what a 3 million dollar claim would get me in pre settlement lawsuit funding. Don’t give me the run around with negligence because its already proven just let me know the numbers. I need the maximum of what you think the I can get out of the lawsuit.

I will give you a general range however please don’t hold me to this number as each company is different. If you qualify and your case is strong use anywhere between 5%-20% as a rule of thumb. Some cases more and some less. On a 3 million dollar lawsuit I would guess (ONLY A GUESS) if you qualify for pre settlement lawsuit funding the maximum would probably be around $600,000. Again this is only a guess. We are vey successful in getting maximum amounts of lawsuit funding for our clients. In the comment section of the application please provide a comment regarding maximum amount of funding.
Can your company provide funding for around $300,000? I am having a tough time getting my maximum amount. I have been approved by another lawsuit funding company but for much less. We are suing for more than 2 million in damages. Case looks great, I know we are going to win. Case is going on for about 2 years. Should have it wrapped up in about a month or 2.
If you are seeking over 2 million dollars and the claim looks solid, there is certainly a chance you could get approved for that amount. Our underwriters can provide millions of funding however it will be contingent upon the amount of the suit and strength of your lawsuit. We invite you to apply. If you’ve already been approved I’m assuming you would probably get an approval from our underwriters as well and you can decide based upon the amounts.
