Medical Negligence Claim Settlement Loan Option
I’ve filed a medical negligence claim and searching for a settlement loan and would like to know my options. The claim is more of a clinical negligence claim and the lawsuit is actively being pursued by a medical malpractice attorney out of Washington, DC. My attorney and I both feel like we have a solid case against the practitioner but the insurance company believes other wise. I was informed by my attorney that the claim is going to end up in court. This means that if I get any sort of compensation for my injury that it will take another several months at least, because the case will not be heard until then. My attorney tells me that without an exact trial date there is no telling how long this case could linger. This leads me here to your site. I’m really in financial dispair and I’m seeking a settlement loan against future compensation from my case.
