Merck Class Action Lawsuit Funding Vioxx

I’m involved in a class action lawsuit against Merck for the sale of Vioxx. As a result from taking this drug I was one of the victims that had major side effects including vommiting blood and a stroke. I was informed today that there is a way to get some sort of a cash advance for my case. I would like information on how much money I would be able to get and how quickly your company could get my application in front of your lenders for a competitive bid.

I would also like information on how quickly from the time you submit my application to the approval process and thereafter. I am located here in the United States. I’m really hoping your company can provide me with the cash advance because financially I’m more than strapped. Thank you for your quick reply to my matter.

  1. We can provide lawsuit funding for Vioxx cases both for the plaintiff (you) and attorneys seeking money to help further litigation processes. We have several underwriters who have successfully funded cases involving Vioxx. When LawLeaf receives and application for class action lawsuits whether it be against Merck or other companies we process the information immediately and match the type of case and requested amount. Once a lender receives and application for class action funding they will be in contact with both you and the represented attorney(s) in the case. They will request certain documents surrounding your case. The amount of time for the approval can take anywhere from less than a day to several days depending upon how quickly we can get the documentation from your attorney. 3. I am also involved in a class action lawsuit against Merck for the drug Vioxx. I had a similar experience with this drug. I am too looking for lawsuit funding for my case. I’m not sure if this makes sense but if I decide to apply with your company can you guarantee a payout rate of some sort. My attorney told me that he would be fine with me taking a lawsuit cash advance but the payout or terms of paying back the loan would have to be stated clearly within the contract outlining a payment schedule that’s definitive meaning no sliding upright scales. This means I’m not going to have to pay back an exorbitant amount of money if it last for another 6 months. What are the payment schedules like and are they negotiable?

  5. J.DU each lender has there own payment schedules and based upon our experience in working with each of the lenders that provide Vioxx lawsuit funding their payment schedules may differ. Prior to signing any contract with one of our lenders we agree its important to have your attorney review the contract. If the payment schedule is not satisfactory you can certainly make the lender aware of your concerns. Part of our services is that when we send an application out for a bid, a lender will offer their best rates and payment schedules for each of our clients because ultimately they are competing for your business.

  11. If you have already been approved for a lawsuit cash advance with a company your attorney must have sent in the case documents. If the contract has been signed your attorney should be able to fax over the contract for an immediate advance. If you are having trouble getting your attorney to send over case documents for an approval contact us and one of our representatives can speak with you regarding your request. Oftentimes an attorney may not want to sign with a particular company due to expected high rates. We are extremely successful in working with attorneys and sometimes the attorneys that end up referring cases are those attorneys who didn’t want to cooperate with the plaintiff who requested the first advance. We have a very successful track record in obtaining documents from attorney due to the fairness of our company. In fact many of our clients come from attorney referrals which truly is a testament to our service.
