Money After Settlement
I had a personal injury case that I won last week for a very large amount of money and they filed for an appeal. I am looking at another 3-6 months possible before this gets done again. I know I have a good case because I’ve already won the case so I don’t think it will be about the strength of my case. I understand about the whole pre settlement advance thing but more interested in finding out if I can receive funding for a case that is going through the appeals process. I’m not sure if this is what you call post settlement funding or whatever you will call it just need to know if your company can help? I had a friend use Law Leaf late last year and this is why I’m asking this question in the first place. I’m hoping your company can help me out as well.
