Motorcycle Accident for the Passenger
I had a friend that signed up for lawsuit funding with your company last month. He told me that your company was able to set him up with an underwriting company who contacted him and spoke to his attorney on his behalf. I was involved in the same accident when we were hit from behind my a car when we were on a motor cycle. I was the person driving on the back of the motorcycle when we got hit. We are using the same attorney because the accident did create some injury on us both. I was wondering if you would use the same documents that he sent to you or would you require him to pass along different reports. I could pass along my information but wanted to know if it would save you guys the hassle of getting the paper work from my lawyer. It is I believe the same type of paper work. I am also interested in talking to someone about this because I’m not sure how much I should apply for or how much money I would qualify for for the loan. He also told me if we lose the case we don’t have to pay back the loan is this correct. I really appreciate a quick response. I’m really in need of some money right now.
