MVA question.
(accident in aug. of 2005) we have been suing the driver of a motor vehicle accident that i was involved in. we already did the ‘discoveries’ thing with his insurance lawyer and my lawyer. i am wondering why i havent heard from my lawyer and its been over 2 months. last time i talked to him was at the ‘discoveries’ thing.

My question would be have you tried contacting your lawyer regarding this issue? Sometimes it helps to be proactive and keeping in close contact with your attorney during the whole process can be important for most people. I would suggest contacting your attorney and asking him where the case stands.
