Nebraska Auto Accident Funding Type

I was in an auto accident in Lincoln, NE last month. I am not from Nebraska but my lawsuit is out of the state. I am considering lawsuit funding right now because we are having trouble negotiating with the insurance company. I do have an attorney that is handling my case. My question is will a lender provide funding in Nebraska to an individual that lives outside of the state or does it apply only to those people that live within the state. How does this work and will I qualify even though I’m not a resident. Also, how long will it take if I decided to sign up and what type of application since you have four here on this site. I’m a little confused. Thank you for your help.

  1. Your first question relates to the areas in which we provide lawsuit funding. It doesn’t matter where you live it only matters where the accident occurred and which state the lawsuit was filed. We do provide lawsuit funding services for automobile accidents out of Nebraska. If you have a good case you probably will qualify for funding. Automobile accidents tend to be stronger because negligence tends to be easier to prove in these types of accidents. Since the case hasn’t already been settled and your not already receiving checks from your case you will want to sign up for pre settlement funding using the application to the right. If the case had already been settled in court and you were receiving monthly checks you would sign up for a structured settlement buyout or partial buyout however this isn’t the case.
