Negligence lawsuit funding option
I have a case involving my aunt. I am the main person that’s in charge of taking care of her and her finanical stuff. I’ve checked her into a nursing home in California which is closer to me. Over the past several months I’ve seen a decrease in her movement due to bed soars and other related things. She stated to me that she has been restricted to her bed without any activity. The home she is in now is a lot less expensive than where she was staying and much closer. She is fully capable but needs help getting around but timid. When i spoke to her the other day this is when I found out. We called an attorney and we hired one this week. We need to get her transported out of there its really bad but don’t have the money right now to move her into a better place. Some of the insurance will pick up some of the costs but I don’t think it will now with the whole transporting back and forth thing going on.
