Orlando Amusement Park Injury
I was in an amusement park with my family and I was injured. I was on vacation in Orlando. They carried me onto a stretcher messed up my knee pretty bad. I hired an attorney and now I’m looking for some pre settlement money. Can your company give out money in Florida? I know the laws are different in each state and I think my brother was denied a few years ago in Florida for a pre settlement funding.

Yes, we work with company’s that provide pre settlement funding for cases in Florida including amusement park accidents. I’m not too sure when the laws changed in FL but it is possible that when your brother applied years ago that funding wasn’t available for the state.
