Legal Advancement Question

I applied for a legal advance with another company last week. The company told me that they were going to contact my attorney to get information about my case. I was running late for work and I didn’t have much time to talk to the company and told them I would call them back. When I got to work I received a call from my attorney about the conversation I had with this company. My attorney advised me against getting a legal advance because he said they charge too much money for their services. When I asked him for a recommendation he said he would recommend me not getting a legal advance from any company. I understand he is looking out for my best interest and I highly respect his opinion but essentially this is up to me and certainly he’s not in the same financial troubles as I am. I found your site yesterday when I was searching on the Internet for another option. I read over much of this site and I see that your company provides a service that just may work. I spoke to my attorney again earlier today and asked him to visit your site. He admitted he’s never worked with Lawleaf but did say that after reading over your site that he would be willing to talk to one of your lenders. He is extremely busy and not interested in speaking to 5-10 different companies nor does he have the time. Would it be possible for you to evaluate an application and only send it to the lender you think would give me the best shot at getting a better rate? I wouldn’t have a problem with talking to a few different lenders myself but certainly would have a problem if he gets inundated with phone calls.

Lawsuit Funding Virginia Beach Case

I was in a bar in Virginia Beach over the summer and a fight broke out. I am about 5′1 & 115 pounds, a female, and I was trampled. I was severely injured when someone ran over top of me to get to someone else. A lawsuit has been filed against this bar as a premises liability case and negligence on the bar. We will probably settle without having to go to court. Lawsuit Funding in Kansas City

Lawsuit Funding for a Financial Malpractice Case

Just like this title I’m looking for litigation funding for a financial malpractice lawsuit. The company should have had a fiduciary responsibility in providing me and my clients with accurate and honest information regarding my funds. Car Crash Accident Omaha

I was in a car crash in Omaha Nebraska last year. My case is coming around very slowly and I mean slowly. My attorney and I have declined two different offers from the insurance company. I’m still going through medical treatments and my expenses are piling up. My attorney advised me to wait before I settle my case for medical expense reasons which I’ve done up until now. Hit and Run Accident

I was jogging last week in a congested area and I was struck by a car. I hit the ground and looked up and saw the car had stopped. When I put my head down the car decided not to stop and just drove off. One of the other cars behind stopped his car to help me out. We got a positive identification of the car and part of the license plate. The driver wasn’t stopped until that night when they some how figured out the driver. I suffered an ACL injury. The driver ended up confessing that he hit me, panicked and fled the scene of the accident. Motor Vehicle Accident in Tampa - Lawsuit Funding

Burn Injury From a Product

Pedestrian in an accident

Hello, I was a pedestrian involved in an accident in a mall parking lot last month. I had a car turn the corner very quickly and it hit me. Fresno CA Personal Injury Lawsuit Funding

I live in Fresno CA and I have an interest in personal injury lawsuit funding with your company. My accident occurred in Sacramento. My lawyer is located in Sacramento as well. Louisville Lawsuit Funding Company Advance

I applied with your company last month and was approved for lawsuit funding by one of your lenders. My case is out of Louisville, KY. In any event, I contacted the company today to see if I could get more money from them. My attorney is taking his time in the negotiation stages and while I’m half cocked to settle this case now, he did tell me we are getting much closer to getting my first requested amount.
