Partnership Lawsuit

I am filing a lawsuit against my partner for embezzlement. He was caught after we were audited. What makes it worse is that our accountant was working behind the scenes with him. We have a small staff of 5 employees and I currently have a positive cash flow of 6 months in the bank. This means I can still pay my employees as long as I take a major pay cut, which I fully intend to do. My partner’s role was the sales and finance side of the business. I expect our sales to fall off the table which in turn will affect our bottom line.

My partner is facing criminal charges and we’ve filed a lawsuit against him and the accountant. I am more concerned for the well being of my employees at this point. I am requesting additional information on how this process works with your company. I am looking for a company to provide money against this lawsuit in the event I need it. I am probably considering having an open line of funding against this lawsuit if all possible. This means getting approved and borrowing money against it if needed. I hope this makes sense. Can you please tell me if your company can set this up for my company or not. In essense if in six months our cash flow is down I can use your company to help pay for expenses such as employee paychecks and rent if our sales take a bit of a hit.

What you are requesting is something that we can accommodate. We have several different lending sources which can provide an open line of lawsuit funding. If you are approved for a maximum you could potentially borrow up to that maximum on a monthly basis. This means taking money from the maximum at your discretion. You will first need to be approved.
