Pedestrian in an accident

Hello, I was a pedestrian involved in an accident in a mall parking lot last month. I had a car turn the corner very quickly and it hit me. I am not in the best of shape and as a result I was rushed to a medical facility and was treated for a hip dislocation. I hired an attorney in my home town and he is working with the insurance company of the other driver. My attorney told me that due to the unwillingness of the insurance company’s ability to negotiate a fair settlement the case was going to be held up a bit. I have never filed for a cash advance before because I’ve never filed a lawsuit on another person. I also have really good credit and I have no debt (yet). I have been laid off from work for the time being because I can’t perform my job duties. Can you tell me if this would be a case that you could get funding for me? I live in Chicago, IL.

  1. This would certainly be a case in which we could provide services for. We have been successful in getting lawsuit cash advances for victims of pedestrian accidents. If you would like to take the time in filling out our intake form to the right we can get your information processed and get the process moving.
