Percentage of cases getting a lawsuit cash advance

Can you tell me what are the percentages of people who receive lawsuit cash advances? I would like information on how many people per years sign-up for lawsuit cash advances and a number of people who are successful in getting money from a company that provides this sort of funding. I would also be interested in those numbers for cases out of Montana.

  1. I don’t believe there is a statistical number of people whom receive or apply for lawsuit cash advances. The number of people who apply each year for lawsuit funding probably ranges depending upon the economy and whom has been involved in an accident. For instance people who apply for lawsuit funding generally are those people that don’t have the financial resources available to them to pay for ongoing medical expenses or bills. Though there are cases in which people have secured a lawsuit cash advance for investment purposes and so on (stock market, college tuition etc). Based upon our numbers of people who qualify also varies. If I had to make a guess I would probably say between 30-40% of the applications we receive qualify for a lawsuit cash advance. We have some months where that number is higher and others the number is a little lower. It really depends upon the strength of the case.
