Personal Injury Lawsuit Loan
I was involved in a personal injury last month and I’ve hired a lawyer to work my case. I’m in a financal bind right now and looking for a personal injury lawsuit loan to help me through these tough times. My lawyer that I hired has dealt with your company in the past and I filled out the online form late last night. I received a phone call today I believe either from your company or a lender? I accidently erased the message before getting the number written down. What do I need to do to get the number so I can call back? While I’m writing this question I also have another one regarding my case. My attorney has requested me to go through a series of physical therapy programs which I have to pay out of pocket. I understand this is help to build a case but I’m also weary that I may not get paid back for this cost. There is no question that the injury has taken me out of my day to day duties but still with the way my cash flow is I’m affraid that I may not be able to pay my bills and I don’t want to make my credit any worse by not paying back the money I owe for these meetings. I’m hoping that I can use the lawsuit loan to help pay for my therapy sessions and other expenses. I guess what I’m trying to ask is for personal injury cases how much of a lawsuit can I get and what are the terms and agreements regarding paying back the money at a later date? I understand that I don’t have to pay back the loan if I lose my case but how soon after I win will I have to pay the balance of the lawsuit loan?
