Personal Injury Medical Expenses
I have a question regarding personal injury medical expenses. I recently hired a personal injury lawyer for my case. During the interview process I mentioned to him I was strapped for cash. He told me that I would have to wait until my medical treatment was complete before they could begin negotiating a settlement.
Can you provide lawsuit funding for a personal injury case even though my medical treatment is not complete? If so how do you evaluate how much money I can get or should I ask for at this time.

Yes you can apply for personal injury lawsuit funding through LawLeaf regardless regardless of your medical treatments. Many of our clients apply with us because their cases are being prolonged do to ongoing medical treatment. I would request an amount that makes sense for you. We don’t publish amounts because each lender has different amounts of money they will lend for each case. Its more of a case to case scenario.
