Personal Injury question about a lawsuit
I am in the middle of a personal injury case and I want or need information on how the defense team can hold up a case so long. I’ve been dealing with the same case for over a year. Is anyone on this site going through the same situation right now and how long do these cases take to settle? I am from Wyoming.

Personal injury cases can take a long time before they settle. These cases can take months and sometime even years before a verdict is reached. You should talk to your lawyer to find out if there is light at the end of the tunnel. The problem is that some defense teams have a multitude of attorneys and a lot of money to fight plaintiff’s from getting compensation. Each case is different.
