Pre Settlement Funding Massachusetts
I have a friend that just got pre settlement funding for a case in Nevada using your service. At the same time I was just involved in a car accident in Massachusetts and now I’m looking for pre settlement funding for my case. My friend told me that he had a few lenders contact his attorney regarding his case. I have yet to hire an attorney and I was hoping to avoid hiring one if I can. He told me without an attorney there is no way you can receive a presettlement loan. Can you please confirm this and if so can you recommend an attorney in Boston for a personal injury case for car accidents in the event I go that direction.
Thank you for your help

We are always happy to get referrals from our clients! The answer to your question is yes in order to get pre settlement funding through our network of lenders is to have the representation of a lawyer. Without an attorney they will not be willing to provide funding. The second question is can we refer a personal injury attorney in Massachusetts. We are working on establishing a personal injury lawyer directory but for now I can’t refer a lawyer to you. You could try the state bar.
I hired an attorney today and he will be handling my case. The attorney is familiar with LawLeaf and told me that he would prefer me waiting until he fully evaluates my case. I told him that I appreciate his concerns but I really need the money now. He is fine with giving your company the documents you need. I applied just a few minutes ago. My case is out of Boston so please when you get the application please send me an email stating you got the application.
