Pre settlement funding question
I am looking for a company that can loan me another pre settlement advance. If I were to sign up with LawLeaf would you guys be able to secure a second lawsuit loan on my behalf. The case is a very large personal injury case and the first loan I secured was only for a couple of thousand. I am looking for another company that would be willing to advance me and additional 5-10K.
I have a very solid case. This is in terms a catastrophic injury. My case is very solid and the liability of the claim is easily proven because even the first company told me the case looked very good. The only thing is that they told me they won’t give more funding for my case because its been about 4 months since I got money from them. They also said they don’t really provide more money to cases they’ve already approved but I don’t understand this because they looked at my case twice and both times they told me it looked good. I really need the money to pay for more bills and need your help.
My email is below please contact me if you have a lender that would be able to provide me with additional funding. I live in San Diego.

This is a very good question. There are lawsuit funding companies that will not take cases that have already received cash advances. I know off hand of one lender that has taken several clients of ours and gotten them second loans. My suggestion would be to apply online at LawLeaf.com. Once one of our representatives receives your information I will personally send it out for you.
