I have a premises liability case active in the state of Maine. I have for the past several weeks tried to locate a pre settlement funding company willing to look at my case. I am asking for a large cash advance against my case. I have been approved but the amount is much less than what I’m willing to take and the rates are also a little higher than what I’m comfortable with at this time. I have applied with 3 different companies and all three have agreed to approve my case but none will come close to the amount of money that is needed right now. I can’t tell you that we will be successful but certainly we do have lenders that can provide pre settlement funding for premises liability cases in the $50,000 range. If you decide to sign up for funding it may be a good idea to let the lender know you’ve been already approved 3 different times and also make sure they are aware you are looking for no less than 50K of pre settlement funding.
