Premises Liability Cases
I have a premises liability case active in the state of Maine. I have for the past several weeks tried to locate a pre settlement funding company willing to look at my case. I am asking for a large cash advance against my case. I have been approved but the amount is much less than what I’m willing to take and the rates are also a little higher than what I’m comfortable with at this time. I have applied with 3 different companies and all three have agreed to approve my case but none will come close to the amount of money that is needed right now. I looked over a page on your site and I see that your company can help people that are requesting higher amounts of money for their cases. I’m assuming that this is because you have more lenders in your network that are willing to look at premises liability cases. I can’t tell you that we will be successful but certainly we do have lenders that can provide pre settlement funding for premises liability cases in the $50,000 range. If you decide to sign up for funding it may be a good idea to let the lender know you’ve been already approved 3 different times and also make sure they are aware you are looking for no less than 50K of pre settlement funding.
