I was involved in a personal injury about 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hire an attorney Cheyenne, Wyoming. I am in the process of hiring an attorney on a contingency fee basis. While I’m going through the interview process I would like to apply for a pre settlement cash advance.
My question is if I have yet to hire an attorney for my personal injury case, will any of your lenders be able to give me a cash advance.
I’m not sure if the laws are different in each state but if they are I now live in New York.

In order to secure lawsuit funding for a personal injury you must have legal representation. Unfortunately our lenders will not advance money on a personal injury case unless you have the representation of a lawyer.
My suggestion would be to hire an attorney first and than apply for lawsuit funding. If you have a strong enough case you should have no problem getting an advance from one of our lenders.
