Requirements for lawsuit funding

I applied for lawsuit funding with LawLeaf last week. My attorney was contacted by several of your lenders and he contacted me before sending out some requested forms of some sort. When he asked me about my decision for lawsuit funding he understood why I was applying for it. We have not yet complied with the lenders request because I’m not sure if I want to send out my information to everyone of these lenders. Do you have certain requirements for your clients. I would rather not share my information if all possible with all these lenders.

  1. There is no other way a lender can evaluate your case without looking over these documents. Ultimately a decision is made based upon these reports. If you don’t allow your attorney to release these reports there is no way one of our lenders will provide lawsuit funding for your case. If you only want a select few or just one lender to look at your case we can re look at your application and make a decision on which of the lenders that received your application would best meet your needs. We could choose the one that we feel is best qualified and re send the application at your request. Please email us at info (@) lawleaf.com and let us know.
