Settlement Advance - Glendale AZ
I’m looking for a settlement advance for a motorcycle accident I had in Glendale AZ. I applied with another company about two weeks ago and they told me that my case could get funded but I haven’t heard back from them. I was hoping that I could have money before the end of the month and not sure what happened during their information process. In any case, after reading over some of the questions here and doing a search for cases in Arizona I see that you do provide settlement advances in Arizona. I was wondering how quickly your company could get my application in front of you lawsuit lenders and if it makes sense to have a phone conversation with you or one of your lenders before contacting my attorney? I’m really hoping for a response to this question fairly quickly as my options are running out. Also, how much money do you think I could get for a motorcycle accident?

We can turn around applications sometimes in the same day. It is a fairly quickly process just as long as we get the necessary information from your attorney. During the evaluation process we will call your attorney and discuss your case. We will also request documentation regarding your lawsuit. This information is used in the underwriting stage in which they will evaluate your case and determine whether you qualify for funding. The process can take anywhere from a day and up. It really does depend upon how quickly we can get those documents from your lawyer. The amount of money will be contingent upon the net worth of your case. Our lenders will provide a percentage based upon their assessment of how much they believe will be compensated to you at the time of the settlement.
