Settlement Funding in Connecticut
Connecticut settlement funding case - I have been involved in a legal issue resulting from a car accident. I contacted several companies that provide settlement funding for car accidents here in Connecticut. Each of the companies denied me money because they told me the case was too premature which makes no sense. Since this time negligence has been proven and when I called back both companies they didn’t get back to me. I’m not sure if its because I’ve already been denied and their is some database that rejects my case. Honestly I’m not too sure how this process works and if everyone is working together. In any event, I’m back to square one. I need money bad. I have tons of expenses and I’ve lost my job and need to pay for rent. I’m really hoping that you can answer my question. Please let me know if you need met to provide additional information pertaining my case. I’ll email you at which ever email address is applicable. FYI- I’ve already applied tonight with your company and really would like an answer sooner than later and haven’t received an email back stating your company received my application.

I can’t speak for any of the companies you’ve signed up with in the past but can speak for LawLeaf. If you signed up tonight you will be receiving a phone call from a lender(s) regarding your case first thing on Monday. It sounds like some of the other lawsuit funding companies you signed up with previously denied your settlement funding because of negligence. If your attorney has already established negligence your chances of qualifying for settlement funding will increase. We typically send out an email once your case has been processed although sometimes a lender will contact even before you get the email.
