Settlement Loan for Car Wreck
I am trying to find a company that can provide a settlement loan for a car wreck. I was in a car crash 7 months ago and it wasn’t my fault. I had a car come up fast on my back end and try to make a pass to the right of me. We he floored his pedal he tail ended me. My car spun out of control and he rammed me in the back left of my bumper spinning me out of control even more. My car went flying off the road and I collided with a group of trees about 20 feet from the road. My car was wrecked and I broke my arm upon impact. I was rushed to the emergency room because I was half unconscious and the air bag I think took some of the air out of me.
The driver of the other car was charged with reckless driving and his insurance company is really trying to settle this out of court. They have made several offers to me an my attorney to get this thing closed out. Unfortuantely their offers have been less than attractive and we are not settling rather taking this to court.
There is not an inkling of doubt that the other driver used poor judgement and was completely at fault. The problem is that the insurance company believes the injuries that I sustained as a result weren’t nearly as bad as I’m saying. They will cover my meds & some loss of wages but not all. They are also not considering any pain and suffering from the accident.
I am trying to get around 30,000 up front so I’m not put in a position to have to settle this case early because like I said they won’t budge and we will have to go to court. I want to know if your company can help? I also want to know if 30,000 is way too much to ask for a loan.

The amount of money you are requesting for your car wreck is certainly not too much. Before a lender will give you any money they will want to review your case through information that will be provided by your attorney. This information is used to assess your case and ultimately determine if you qualify for a settlement loan how much money they will advance. If the case is strong enough and the value of your case is large than I don’t see any reason why one of our lenders wouldn’t be able to provide an advance for 30K. Again they will look at your case to make the final determination.
