Settlement loan payments
I just recently had a friend get structured settlement funding through your service. At the same time I was just involved in an automobile accident a few days ago in Dallas. I’m not sure how this process works but I’m assuming its similar to the same process he just went through. He told me that your company could provide funding before my case will settle in court. Reading over this site, I’m assuming also this is the case. Can you let me know if I’m looking at the same sort of rate schedule as he is or is it different?

Structured settlement payouts are a little different than pre settlement funding. I’m assuming that his rates will be lower because its a structured settlement payout. We do have some lenders that offer very competitive rates for car accident cases. If you don’t already know pre settlement funding is not really considered a loan because if you lose your case you don’t have to pay back the funding.
