Standard Fees for a Cash Advance

My sister-in-law was involved in an auto accident in Syracuse, NY last month. She does not have access to a computer right now and this is why I’m asking the question. For an auto accident case what are the typical standard fees when and if she applies. I see that liability plays an important range in getting funding but if she is successful what can she expect to pay once she wins her case.

  1. We don’t publish fees because each lender typically charges different fees based upon the case. You are right when mentioning liability. If the case is clear cut and liability has been established those fees will be less for most companies. You must also understand that when searching for a lawsuit cash advance your application will be viewed by different underwriters who evaluate these cases. The fees generally are determined by these groups and they can range from single to double percentages. It really depends upon the case.
