Strike /Touch Battery
I’m a victim of a battery and I had reconstruction to my mouth and tooth. I’ve been out of work for over 30 days and as a result lost a lot of work. My self confidence is lost and I’ve asked my family and friends for money as a result of being out of work. My expenses include hospital bills, dental bills, lost wages from being out of work, taking additional days of for court, gas and mileage. I am seeking settlement funding and would like to know how much my case is worth. The incident happened in side of a Club of Club employee .
Thank you very much
Chris C.

Chris, generally speaking the amount of money you may be approved for is typically a percentage of the lawsuit. The general rule of thumb is around 5%-20% of the total value of your case. For instance if you are filing a lawsuit against the guilty party for $100,000 if you qualify for settlement funding most lenders will provide around 5K-20K if pre settlement lawsuit funding. If the case is strong perhaps a little more and if its week perhaps a little less.
