Legal Funding Maricopa County AZ

I live in Maricopa County, AZ and I’ve got an issue regarding lawsuit funding and my attorney. I applied online with another company about a week ago. My attorney was contacted by this company and he told them he would not share my information with the company. I spoke to the paralegal in the office yesterday and my attorney was not available for me. She said he was in court. This is for a personal injury case I have. I was involved in a car accident about 3 months ago. I’m not sure if the company just isn’t aggresive enough or whether this is the right of my attorney. Can you please explain to me what I need to do to get him to provide this information to this company? Does your company take cases in the state of Arizona?

Approving a pre settlement loan

I was in a truck accident heading out of Arizona. I’m trying to find someone that is willing to look at my case and get me into some sort of pre settlement loan. My attorney told me that I could get money before this settles but he wouldn’t be the one that could advance me the money. I found your site on yahoo answers and see you are taking these questions here. How quickly could you approve a pre settement loan? I am the victim and not the defendant. It was a rear end collision.

Tucson Lawsuit Funding Companies

I’ve read over your website tonight and see that you have clients in Arizona that seek lawsuit funding from your group of lenders. I have a car accident case that has lasted over a year and my attorney referred me to your company. I am a very big dot the i’s and cross the t’s type of person. While we could have settled this case around a month ago I knew I was on the losing side of the offer. We have been playing ping pong with my case up until now. I am interested in using your service but need conformation that your company has lenders that would be willing to take cases out of Tucson, AZ. I would prefer if the company that handles my advance would be located near or around the city in the event I needed to visit them about my case. I would also like additional information on how you will evaluate my case and determine which of those lenders would essentially view my application.

Truck Accident Arizona Settlement funding

I live in Phoenix Arizona and was involved in a truck accident traveling on one of the major interstates outside of Phoenix. I am searching for a company that provides settlement funding and more importantly enough money to help me get out of a financial rut. I’ve applied with several companies and while I’ve been successful at getting approved they are only offering a fraction of the amount of money that is needed for my case. I have tried a few others with no luck because I never got a returned phone call back. My case is very strong and should settle within the next 60 days. I am looking for about 15% of my case upfront which should be I thought a doable number. My accident is also very strong as the accident landed me into a rehabilitation center for almost 3 months 5 times a week. What I need from your service is more money and without having to apply first can your company get that settlement funding amount or am I just wasting my time here?

Phoenix lawsuit funding

We’ve been in a hard core legal battle for more than a year now over a simple case that should have been settled months ago. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and they were blaming me for the accident but its not the case. I’ve tried signing up for a lawsuit cash advance with several other companies months ago and each company told me that my case wouldn’t be approved because of a negligence or lack of negligence. Since than the case has changed and I’m in a much better position. I am now seeking lawsuit funding for my case. I’m assuming your company can provide lawsuit funding in Phoenix, Arizona and I’m assuming since my case has changed my chances will increase. I’m also very aware that without representation of a contingent lawyer I wouldn’t be able to get the lawsuit funding. All three are cleared and I think I have a good case. If I was denied can I reapply with your company and will you re look at my case again?

Arizona lawsuit funding company

I live in Flagstaff AZ and I’m in the beginning process of finding a company that provides lawsuit funding for a wrongful death case. I have been searching on the internet and I came across the bar association and found that it is unethical for my attorney to loan me money or advance me cash before the case reaches a positive settlement on my part. Along with finding this information there was some mention of companies that are located I believe in Arizona. My question is for the following: After looking at a few of the questions here I’m seeing something called non-recourse funding which means you don’t pay back the loan if you don’t win your case. Please let me know if this also applies for Arizona. Second, are there laws in place that would require me to find a company that provides lawsuit funding in AZ or can I essentially apply with any company or have you got a company that works within the state? Third, I’m assuming wrongful death lawsuit funding also applies to plaintiff or personal injury funding correct. I would really like to get some money out of the case right now because I’m strapped.

Final Steps lawsuit cash advance

I am in my final steps of getting compensation out of a car accident case in Arizona. We are looking for another -1-2 months before i get the money from the insurance company. My check is going to be substantial and my attorney will take his cut and there will be plenty left over. I know there is something you can do for cases that haven’t reached settlement but does your company offer lawsuit cash advances for a case that has reached settlement but the money won’t come for another couple of months and are the rates a little better. I looked at getting a lawsuit cash advance from a company earlier this year and the rates were a little higher so I thought they may be a little less because our case is won. I really appreciate a quick reply and I really need the money.

Lawsuit cash advance in my state

I live in Arizona and I’m involved in a long litigation process and have been for several months. I was prompted to start seeking financial alternatives as my money situation is increasingly getting worse. I was informed by my lawyer that I could seek a lawsuit cash advance for my case if I qualified. He mentioned that there are companies that will provide a lawsuit advance against my case prior to reaching an agreement with the company we ware suing.

This case has substance and the amount of money we are requesting is rather a large amount. I am very uneducated about this process and was hoping for some clarification on next steps.

Assume I decided to sign up for a lawsuit cash advance with a company and my case takes longer than anticipated. Do I have to start paying back the advance before my case closes?

If the case doesn’t go as expected what type of ramifications are set upon me to pay back the advance?

While my attorney has advised me against taking out a loan against my case he also understands my financial situation. While he’s not a fan of companies that provide pay day loans or lawsuit cash advances he does see it has a necessary evil. When mentioning this alternative source his only requirement would be to review the contract prior to me accepting the advance.

What type of guarantee does your company give that I will qualify for an advance and how quickly would I be able to see a check from you?

My claim is out of Arizona

Bike Accident Advances

Involved in a bike accident due to a car backing up to me in a parking lot. The incident happened in a parking lot in Wal-Mart about a month ago. I had my leg broken in 2 places and my attorney has advised me to wait until my wounds have healed and I’m out of therapy. This could take another 6 months considering I’m just beginning the rehab process. if I decide to sign up for a cash advance how long to I have until I’ve got to pay back the money? I’m not in the financial situation to come out of pocket in 6 months when supposedly my case will reach a settlement as it could be longer.

The accident occurred in Phoenix,Arizona.

Auto Accident cash advance

My question is in regards to an auto accident. I was involved in an auto accident several months ago. I was the passenger in the car and was hurt. My attorney is looking to get compensation from both insurance companies and I really need the money. Will your lenders fund my case for two times the worth because I’m suing to different insurance companies? I need money back and I really would like it if I can get 2 loans from your company. Please if you could respond fairly quickly and I will respond back if you email me the question and answer to this question.

I live in Arizona, Phoenix and will be moving to California next year.
