Automobile accident insurance company issue

I’m not sure if anyone has had a similar issue. I was involved in an automobile accident several weeks ago. I was hit in the front side of my truck by a car that ran a red light. I took down the information from the other driver and we ended up leaving because the accident happened at night. Both vehicles were damaged a bit mine more but no real hard core damage. When I got in contact with the other insurance company they told me they would handle the case and so on. They sent out someone to look at the damage and in the meantime I went and got an estimate for repairs. The insurance company has since not came through with the total amount of the damages and the agent told me that it was too high. I’m not sure what I should do or whether this will require an attorney to get involved. I’m not one for a legal battle. Any one having similar problem please let me know.

Automobile Accident types

I am searching for additional information on lawsuit funding for automobile accidents. I’m assuming that your funding is strictly for individuals that have been involved in these types of accidents.
