Connecticut Lawsuit Funding
Funding For Connecticut Attorney
I work for an attorney that is handling a multi-million dollar lawsuit on behalf of his client. We are searching for financing options on this case. I’m not too sure how this process works so let me give you a little incite on the case. It is a personal injury client that has been with the firm for about 10 months. We have gone through the intial negotiation stages of the suit. The client and our attorney is fighting for close to 5 million in damages against this company. At the start of the month the case looked like it was going to reach a settlement a little less than what we anticipated however in the last minutes the deal was taken off the table. The firm is a well established firm with great credit however the amount in the cash reserve to continue litigation for this case is running low considering the attorney has taken this case on a contingency fee basis. We are searching for a company that will make a contribution to this case prior to the hearing. The money will be used to help through the litigation ie. hearings process as well as potential paycheck distributions to our employees. We are hoping to get a little insite on how to proceed with this process and also how your company could help us through this process. We would rather borrow money against the case rather than an all out business loan. Can you please provide me with a little more information on how your company could help us through this process?
Payment for lawsuit funding contract received
My husband qualified for lawsuit funding through Lawleaf several days ago. The lender sent us the contract two days ago and we just got the ok from the attorney to sign off on the contract. My husband spoke to the lender before the contract went out but there was no mention on how we were going to receive the payment. I was hoping to get a little insight on where the process begins once we’ve sent over the signed agreement. Can we at all cost get the money wired to us?

Legal advance for wrongful death case
I’ve got a wrongful death lawsuit active right now and I’m looking to get a legal cash advance while my case is in litigation. I’m not sure if you are the lender or you work with companies that provide lawsuit funding. My question is how much money could I borrow? My case is worth a very large amount of money and I’m in serious need of a large chunck of cash right now. I’m assuming that you could or possible one of the companies you work with could offer large advancement against wrongful death cases.
I live in Connecticut right now but will be moving soon. My wrongful death lawsuit is also out of Connecticut.
Structured Settlement funding in Connecticut
I applied for structured settlement funding with a company I found on TV. The rates were very high and they also told me that it could take up to a month before I receive a check. I am now looking at alternatives as a result. I am alright with waiting because they told me the application goes through a judge but I’m not so Ok with the amount of money they are taking from me. I know that your company is a matching service and was hoping you could beat their rate. Could you tell me if you’ve gotten similar requests from other clients looking for a structure settlement buyout?

Settlement Funding in Connecticut
Connecticut settlement funding case - I have been involved in a legal issue resulting from a car accident. I contacted several companies that provide settlement funding for car accidents here in Connecticut. Each of the companies denied me money because they told me the case was too premature which makes no sense. Since this time negligence has been proven and when I called back both companies they didn’t get back to me. I’m not sure if its because I’ve already been denied and their is some database that rejects my case. Honestly I’m not too sure how this process works and if everyone is working together. In any event, I’m back to square one. I need money bad. I have tons of expenses and I’ve lost my job and need to pay for rent. I’m really hoping that you can answer my question. Please let me know if you need met to provide additional information pertaining my case. I’ll email you at which ever email address is applicable. FYI- I’ve already applied tonight with your company and really would like an answer sooner than later and haven’t received an email back stating your company received my application.
