I was in an accident about 4 months ago. I was going to handle my claim on my own but last minute after speaking with the insurance company it wasn’t worth my time nor did I have a good grasp on pursuing money (or should I say fair money) for my injury. I didn’t really have a lot of money to pay an attorney and the insurance company steered me away from doing so. This was about 3 months ago. When I hired the attorney he asked me whether I’d been in conversations with the insurance company and I said yes. We ran through my case and I felt like we had a pretty good grasp on how to handle my screw ups. I was informed today by the paralegal from the law firm that the case isn’t going to settle without going to court. I was also told that because we’ve not reached a settlement we were going to file or something like that. This is going to take another 4 months or so if I’m lucky. I am not in good standing financially and I really need some help. I understand your firm will provide lawsuit funding for my case if I’m able to prove that its a good case.
