Insurance Company Issue & Attorney

I was in an accident about 4 months ago. I was going to handle my claim on my own but last minute after speaking with the insurance company it wasn’t worth my time nor did I have a good grasp on pursuing money (or should I say fair money) for my injury. When I began the process I was unaware that I could retain an attorney without having to pay them. I didn’t really have a lot of money to pay an attorney and the insurance company steered me away from doing so. This was about 3 months ago. After speaking with a few people I decided to hire the attorney without having to pay any costs to him up front. When I hired the attorney he asked me whether I’d been in conversations with the insurance company and I said yes. We ran through my case and I felt like we had a pretty good grasp on how to handle my screw ups. I was informed today by the paralegal from the law firm that the case isn’t going to settle without going to court. I was also told that because we’ve not reached a settlement we were going to file or something like that. This is going to take another 4 months or so if I’m lucky. I am not in good standing financially and I really need some help. I understand your firm will provide lawsuit funding for my case if I’m able to prove that its a good case. I talked to the paralegal about my situation and relayed the message that I can’t wait that long. She mentioned to me about your service and told me to contact your firm to request additional information. I called tonight and got a live voice on the phone and they told me that a processing agent of some sort would be in contact with me. I applied 11:00 PM EST. Will I be hearing back from this person tonight or tomorrow?

Length of Time

I am considering legal funding as an option. I’ve not had a job in close to three months. I was one of the employees laid off in the auto industry. I applied for several other positions in the last month and I’m close to getting a job, I hope. I was involved in a car accident in Michigan last month. My attorney recently filed a personal injury claim. If I get this new job I won’t need the money. If I don’t a job I will. If I apply online with your company and I’m approved, how long will a company hold onto my application? I would to use this as a safety net for now.

Thank you

Michigan Legal Funding

The accident happened in Lansing Michigan. I live in Columbus Ohio. I was involved in an accident about 3 months ago. My attorney told me that I could borrow money against my case but he said that the company will charge me a fee to do so and the fee could be more than a regular loan. I was told that if I live in Ohio I can’t get lawsuit funding for my case but because the accident happened in Michigan that maybe I can although I’m not for certain about Ohio. I’m not too sure how the whole process works so can you let me know if my accident happened in Michigan will I qualify for a lawsuit cash avance? I’m assuming because the accident happened in MI that it probably really doesn’t matter where I live but would like confirmation regarding this issue. This is a medical malpractice suit after I received burn injuries to my leg.

I’ve identified a defective / faulty product on your recall site. Thank you for providing that information. I am now considering signing up for a settlement advance while I get the ball rolling on my side. My question is what do I need to do in order to give me the best shot of getting a settlement advance? Can you briefly explain what the process is and how to go about putting me in the best possible position in getting a settlement advance. Thank you

Lawsuit Funding for Injury from assault case

I applied with several companies and not heard back from one company for lawsuit funding options for my case. I’m not sure if any company can fund assault and battery injury. I am out of Detroit Michigan looking for lawsuit funding for an injury case resulting from an assault and battery and would like to know if your company has a few lenders that would be willing to provide me with a cash advance for this case.

Detroit lawsuit funding company

I was involved in a car accident in Detroit Michigan. I looked at the bar association and I see that Michigan will allow for settlement loans before a case is settled by an attorney. I’ve hired an attorney and they are working with the insurance company to settle my case. I am now waiting to hear back from my attorney on the settlement date although I think it will be another month or so because I’m still going through my medical rehabilitation and he said they won’t settle the case until all my expenses are paid up. I’m assuming because you can provide a settlement loan in Detroit that you would have a company near by for me to either pick up the cash advance or at least have someone talk to me about my case. Can you please forward me contact information so I may call?

Personal injury funding in Michigan

My friend owes me money and he is waiting for his personal injury suit to settle. He told me he can’t get lawsuit funding but after reading over several sites I don’t think he’s telling me the truth. I am not looking for funding myself just for him. Will your company provide lawsuit funding for a personal injury case out of Michigan. Thank you

Michigan Question

I am searching for a pre settlement cash advance for an accident I had several months ago. I’ve retained a lawyer that is handling my case. I have been thumbing through your website and I’ve not seen anything here on this site that you handle cases in Michigan. I’m not sure if its not listed or whether you have specific states you handle. My question is does lawleaf handle lawsuit funding in Michigan?
