Nebraska Lawsuit Funding

Different States for Lawsuit Funding

I was involved in a motor cycle accident last year in Vermont. I filed a personal injury claim with an attorney located in Burlington. The case is almost a year old now and I’m considering a pre settlement loan. I am now living in Nebraska and need to know whether this would affect my chances? I know that the laws are different in each state and I’m not sure if this will play any part in the approval process. Can you let me know if this will affect my chances because I’m now living in a different state?

Injured in a fall at Apartment

I live in an apartment complex Nebraska and I was injured when I took a fall on the stair case. The other 3 tenants on the second floor have complained about a light being out in the apartment staircase for the last month. We were going to change it ourselves but we felt we shouldn’t be obligated to change the lighting inside the stairwell. Two weeks ago I was carrying a few items from storage and I fell over a package that was in the middle of the opening outside of my apartment door. I didn’t see the package at all because at night its almost pitch black. I hired an attorney last Friday and we are filing a lawsuit against the apartment complex for negligence. When I fell I injured my back pretty bad and I was rushed to the hospital because I couldn’t move. My expenses for the hosptial visit, I will have ongoing medical expenses and I will be out of work for another few weeks. I am an hourly wage worker that doesn’t work on a salary so everyday I miss work is another day I don’t get paid. I would like to know if your company can provide some sort of lawsuit funding for my case? There is no doubt that I will win a settlement but it could take a little more time. Time is not on my side and I need money right now. Can you please let me know if this is something your company could help me with right now?

False Imprisonment Lawsuit Loan

I have a pending lawsuit for false imprisonment. My case is filed in the state of Nebraska and I would like to see if I could secure some sort of lawsuit loan while may case is being handled by my attorney. I was accused of a crime that I never committed and was put in prison for an extended period of time. I am suing for a large chunk of cash because it has ruined my reputation and I lost my job over the whole ordeal. My case is rock solid. Can you pass my information on to the companies you deal with that offer lawsuit loans or am I wasting my time event to try to get money from this case at this time?

Lawsuit Loan Workers Compensation in Nebraska

I’ve been reading over your site tonight and I noticed there wasn’t information on this site regarding lawsuit loans for workers compensation cases in Nebraska. I would like to know if lawleaf can provide there services for lawsuit loans in nebraska for worker comp cases? I see you can do it for other states but I also see you can not for other states as well. If so how quickly are you able to work with your lenders in getting a case like this funded and cash in hand?

Nebraska Auto Accident Funding Type

I was in an auto accident in Lincoln, NE last month. I am not from Nebraska but my lawsuit is out of the state. I am considering lawsuit funding right now because we are having trouble negotiating with the insurance company. I do have an attorney that is handling my case. My question is will a lender provide funding in Nebraska to an individual that lives outside of the state or does it apply only to those people that live within the state. How does this work and will I qualify even though I’m not a resident. Also, how long will it take if I decided to sign up and what type of application since you have four here on this site. I’m a little confused. Thank you for your help.
