South Carolina Lawsuit Funding
Accident While Working
I was involved in an accident while traveling to a client work place last month. My job requires me to travel up and down the east coast and while traveling on 95 in Georgia I got into an accident. I filed for workers compensation and now hired an attorney to work with me. I know for a fact that I can get workers compensation settlement funding for my case in South Carolina because a friend of mine has gotten funding through your company but no sure how this will affect my case because the accident occurred in Georgia. Could this be a potential problem for me in getting some sort of advancement for my case because the accident happened in a different state?
Presettlement Funding wrongful death case
I am searching for a company that offers presettlement funding for a wrongful death case in South Carolina. The case is worth a lot of money and I applied with a comany and requested a large portion of this money up front by the settlement company couldn’t come through with the amount of money I needed. I have read over several different sites including Lawleaf and I see I can get around 20% of the value of my case. This would be just fine if this were the case. I am not sure if the other pre settlement funding company just doesn’t have the resources to advance that amount of mony or if my case will not qualify for the amount. My representative from the other company told me that they are willing to give only 5% of the value of the case. I have not accepted their offer yet and would like to know if you have any lenders that can do better than 5% on a wrongful death case.
Lump Sum for Structured Settlement
I now live in South Carolina but the accident occurred several years in Kentucky. I opted to receive a structured settlement rather than a lump sum of money after I won the case. At the time I had a good job and was able to pay my bills and was living well. Recently, I lost my job and my home is going through a foreclosure. I am now shopping my structured settlement to get a lump sum of cash out of it. I am open to both a partial buyout or a full buyout depending upon the rates. Can you give me an idea of what type your company would recommend before I apply? I would like a little more information on how this process will go down and how quickly I would receive a check from one of your lenders.
Hurt Through Product Liability
I purchased a product several months ago and now I’ve been getting sick. The product was recently recalled due to lead poisoning. I’ve hire and attorney and the process is going to be much longer than anticipated on my end. I understand there needs to be some sort of a process when dealing with liablity cases because apparently these big companies will keep a case at bay for a long time in hopes that you will settle for less money. This was told to me by a friend that is a paralegal for a PI firm. I’m not sure how this will play out in regards to a lawsuit cash advance because of the whole negligence thing that I’ve been reading on your site. I’m assuming if I apply online with your company you would at least look at my case correct? I would also be willing to put you in touch with my attorney to discuss the case further. I live in South Carolina
