Workers compensation case funding Tennessee

I have a workers compensation case in Tennessee and I’m searching for a company that provides settlement loans. I have tried in the past to work with companies but several of the companies say they don’t provide workers compensation loans in TN. I understand there are different laws within each state but I read over the Law Leaf website today under workers compensation and I see that your company will take cases in the state. If I sign up for a settlement loan with your company will you look at my case or am I wasting my time?

What are the typical rates for legal funding in the state are they higher or lower than other states?

Risk Free Settlement Loans

If I apply for a settlement loan with Law Leaf will it be risk free. By this I mean if I decide to get a settlement loan through your company and my attorney loses my case will I have to pay back the company that provided me the settlement loan? I think I read something about this on another site and wanted to double check this to make sure its correct. I am considering looking into a settlement loan but I don’t want to fall deeper in debt if I lose my case.

I live in Nashville Tennessee and I’m assuming you can also fund cases out of TN?

Tennessee injury for Toxic Mold

I live outside of Nashville Tennessee and I’ve had major issues with the revamping of my apartment. My landlord is definately a slum landlord and he has neglected my request over an over again regarding a mold like substance growing under my bathroom sink. I was very sick for weeks and was tested. Apparently the mold is called “black mold” which is very bad. My landlord received notification by my attorney that he will be appearing in court at some point in time for compensation I’m going after him for. My attorney had the mold tested and there is no doubt that it caused harm to me. I need money to move out of my apartment for two reasons, mold and my landlord is going to blow a gasket once he sees I’m suing him.

Settlement Loan Memphis for a Truck Accident

I was involved in a truck accident outside of Memphis, Tennessee. The truck hit the rear side of my sedan and now I’m trying to get money from the trucking company. My attorney seems to think I have a great case because the truck driver was completely at fault. I’m not too sure how much my case is valued at because we are still getting our information in order along with several medical expenses including a hospital visit for whip lash. I’m not too sure what to do in getting a settlement loan for my case. My attorney told me that because of the way the case is set up or something like that I should be able to get some sort of settlement loan before my case is going to court. While I’m sure you can provide settlement loans does your company work with clients in TN? I do see there are some states these companies won’t loan money out too for some reason.

Tennessee Workers Compensation Funding Loans

I live in Tennessee and I was involved in an accident in my work place. I’ve been out of work for several months. I hired a lawyer to help me out with my case. I filed my workers compensation lawsuit in Tennessee. I signed up for lawsuit funding in the past for a different workers compensation case but it was denied because the company told me they didn’t fund workers comp cases. Of course I was living in a different state at the time. I saw a commercial on TV that talked about settlement funding and I’m not sure if that was Law leaf or not but I think it may have said something about buyout of future payments for workman compensation cases. My question is that if I was to apply for a settlement advance for my case would I have a chance for approval because of my status and because of the type of injury and case?

Construction Accidents Cash advances

I was involved in a construction accident in Nashville Tennessee several months ago. I was not working on site but was injured delivering products to a site. It wasn’t my site I was delivering the products. I am usually working on sites but that day I was just delivering. There are two separate applications on your site. There is one for workers compensation and another for construction lawsuit cash advances. I would like to sign up for lawsuit funding but I’m unsure of which application to use.
