I received injuries to my right side and the driver walked away from the accident. The other car jacknifed the car and sent a quick jolt to me. Medical Malpractice Settlement Loan
I am searching for additional information for a medical malpractice settlement loan. I live in Washington D.C. and I was misdiagnosed on two different occasions by the same doctor in the hospital. I was in a motorcycle accident in Washington DC last month and I’m searching for settlement lenders. I was passing one car when another car side swiped me and my bike flew out underneath of me. Getting Settlement Funding In Washington DC
I’m not sure because this is the first time I’ve ever tried to get settlement funding. This is the first time I’ve ever had a personal injury case. I now live in Washington DC but I’m from Virginia. When the accident occurred I was living in Virginia but it occurred on New York Avenue in Washington DC. I was rear ended by an SUV and my car was damaged a bit. The accident caused whip lash and I have a head injury. I have all the medical reports including doctor evaluations and therapy notes. My attorney has all this information and is willing to work with your company. My question is that since the accident happened in Washington DC does it matter my residence was in Virginia at the time? My attorney implied that laws from state to state vary and he is unfamiliar how settlement funding works regarding where the accident occurred and where the person lives.

Bicycle Accident
I was involved in a bicycle accident outside of a store last month. I was riding my bike when a store owner shoved me off of my bike as I take this route for work all the time. It is my job that I do in Washington DC and I’m a carrier. The store owner claims that I am a burden to his small business and I’m only trying to do my job. I filed a lawsuit against the owner and because I’m not specifically working for one company I can’t really apply for WC. My question would be is this considered a pedestrian accident or what? I’m looking at all these applications and can’t decide which one to fill out. Very confusing…
