Waco TX Personal Injury Loans
I am going to describe my case as requested. I have a personal injury attorney in Waco Texas that is handling my claim. We have a lawsuit against an insurance company as a result of an accident. I am searching for a company that can provide a personal injury loan before the settlement date. The accident occurred about 2 months ago and I am currently going through physical therapy to rehabilitate a torn shoulder. There are thousands just in medical expenses alone. One question that I’m getting asked is whether I chose to take an ambulance after the accident and the answer is no. The pain didn’t start until later that night when I was back at my house. I realized that something was wrong about 30 minutes after I left the accident and my friend picked me up. I just thought it was a jolt in my shoulder but come to find out I had torn the upper part of my shoulder. I went to the hospital that night and they gave me a shot in my shoulder and requested I see a doctor regarding getting the tear looked at. I went through a shoulder surgery in which they repaired the tear in the shoulder.
I work in the construction field so I haven’t worked in almost 3 months and my employer was nice enough to give me a desk job although I got a pay reduction but at least I still have a paycheck. We are suing for all my medical expenses, pain and suffering and loss wages and time out of work. I am now looking for a personal injury loan against this pending lawsuit. I’m asking if it matters that I don’t have records for an ambulance because I denied to get into it after the accident. I spoke to one company that hasn’t gotten back to me and they said this was a concern for them.
