What are my chances
What are my chances of getting approved? My situation. I have been in a fight for the last several month. My attorney whom I like very much isn’t nearly as aggressive and I feel like we are getting pushed around. While my expenses well over exceed my earnings at this point he is just not fighting hard enough to get this suit closed up. I have really no place to turn and my cash flow is significantly decreasing. I have made more than several checks with my physicians and the ongoing expenses are draining my bank account ie. co-pays and than traveling and taking off work.
My question is what are my chances of getting approved to get a loan from your company? Do you interview the attorney to see if he is going to get what you say fair compensation for my case? Do you base your decision on the attorney and his ability to win my case?

Our lenders do not base their decision on how hard an attorney may fight to get compensation out of your case. Our lenders will make a decision based upon the strength of your case.
There is a lot of information on our site regarding how lawsuit funding is approved. My suggestion would be to apply by using our pre settlement funding application at the top of the page or visit our website and apply online there.
So the answer to your question is no they never base their decision on how well an attorney can fight for compensation as many times we work with attorneys for the first time.
