Won My Personal Injury Claim But Need Money
I am from Atlanta, GA. I was in a car accident last year and last week I won my case. The terms pretty much come down that I get paid but not for 60 days which I think is not right. I asked my attorney about it but quite honestly still can’t understand why now it will take even longer before I see any money. I am trying to buy a home and I can’t get approved for my mortgage without this money. I’ve got the builder asking me questions and my mortgage company waiting. I’m not getting approved and I’m already in for a down deposit since its a new home. I’m going nowhere quickly. I am asking your company if they can provide an advance against what I’m going to get paid. It is only now 50+ days out until the agreed time to get paid. I have a six figure check coming my way and only need about 25% of it out right now.
