Workers compensation case funding Tennessee
I have a workers compensation case in Tennessee and I’m searching for a company that provides settlement loans. I have tried in the past to work with companies but several of the companies say they don’t provide workers compensation loans in TN. I understand there are different laws within each state but I read over the Law Leaf website today under workers compensation and I see that your company will take cases in the state. If I sign up for a settlement loan with your company will you look at my case or am I wasting my time?
What are the typical rates for legal funding in the state are they higher or lower than other states?

We can provide settlement loans for workers compensation claims in Tennessee. There are some lenders that won’t look at workers compensation cases and others that can only fund these cases within specific states. There are also others that won’t provide plaintiff advances as well. The state in which you are located has no effect on how much the rate is for your case. The type of case, extent of injuries and strength of case has to do with your rates.
