Workers Compensation settlement funding rules
I would like additional information on how to sell my workers compensation settlement. I would like to know if you can sell part or the whole settlement. I don’t want to sell the whole portion of the settlement and if I’m able to get funding for the compensation case. I don’t want the whole case funded just a portion of the case.

The rules are first based upon the state you reside. There are certain states in which our lenders will not provide workers compensation lawsuit funding. This is because the checks go directly to you and not your attorney. These are the states in which our lenders can provide workers compensation cash advances:
Alabama, Indiana, Montana, South Carolina, Connecticut, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Delaware, Louisiana, New Hampshire, Tennessee, Florida, Maine, New Mexico, Vermont, Georgia, Michigan, North Dakota, West Virginia, Idaho, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Illinois, Missouri and Rhode Island.
If you reside in one of the states above you may qualify for funding. Second, you can sell a portion or the whole scheduled settlement. It is up to you on how much you want to sell.
