Wrongful Death Case - Settlement Loan
Hi, I am currently in a lawsuit against XXX company. The XXX Company was negligence against my love one and ended up passing away with several health problems. The ongoing litigation between the company and my attorneys may take up to 5 years, most likely 3 years (well for the settlement). Due to the process and time constraint, I have been looking for the perfect Lawsuit Loan or Settlement Loan due to several reasons. The attorneys are very confident in this case. I was wondering how much would it cost, for example, to loan out $200,000 for 3 years with a near 100% winning case? The Case, according to the lawyers, are confident to be rewarded at least in the 7 figure range. The lawsuit is occurring in the state of Louisiana and my family and I live in Texas. Also, I understand that I most likely need to Apply First, but I want to know a basis of what I’m dealing with and how much it will cost during the span before I give out that type of information. I am very sorry to hear about your loss. You are right, without case documents or a conversation with your attorney its very hard to evaluate how much money or the total cost of such a loan.
