Wrongful Death Cash Advances
I have a wrongful death case open in the state of Florida. I am in the middle of my case and I’m getting bad news from my attorney. I am going to be going through this process for another 6 months at least because of the way the case is going. I’m also starting to get worried that my case is not going to get a favorable outcome. Because of my expenses and having to take off of my job for days out of the week I’ve taken a hit on my paychecks. I’m not familiar with the way lawsuit cash advances really work but lets say my case ends up never closing or we don’t get money out of the case, will I have to pay back the loan? I think I read something about not having to pay back a lawsuit cash advance if I don’t win the case but not real sure if that is for another type of case.

This is correct. LawLeaf works with those lenders that provide non recourse funding which means if you don’t win compensation for your wrongful death case, you don’t have to pay back our lenders. You will first have to qualify for lawsuit funding and if you’re approved you only pay back the loan if you win your case.
