Your lenders
I keep on reading on your website that you have lenders you use when sending these cases out. My question is when you get a case such as a personal injury one or even a loan to a lawyer are you sending out the applications to a bank? Are you dealing with banks?

We do not deal with banks. Lawsuit funding is much different than a bank loan in many ways. First a bank will not loan money against a settlement. Second, a bank does not offer non-recourse funding for lawsuits or business loans. If you are not familiar with the term non-recourse it means if you lose your case you don’t have to pay back the loan. Lastly, there are no credit checks, co-signers or collateral when applying for a cash advance.
Our lenders are financial institutions, investment firms ie. underwriters etc. We work with a lot of companies but we do not work with banks.
